We may make changes to the material on this site at any time without notice. Please let us know if errors are found and we will do our best to rectify as soon as possible.
Plants may be purchased for personal use only and we reserve the right to decline orders that we believe are for onward sales.

Orders and payments:
Orders are only accepted through the website and orders are only valid if full payment is made. Payments can be made with credit/debit cards or Paypal. Some varieties may be limited in numbers. We only sell bare rooted plants at this time.
Substitutions:
We do not offer substitutions at this time. We will refund the cost of any iris not shipped.
Plant Quality:
Our plants are inspected by APHA to ensure quality and disease free. Our plants will be healthy at time of dispatch. We cannot accept any responsibility for growing and storage conditions for which we have no control, for example, incorrect planting or adverse weather conditions.
Cancellations and Returns:
A 10% charge (minimum £5) will be deducted from refunds on all orders cancelled by the purchaser.
We will always send out plants that are of good and healthy quality albeit that rhizome size may vary year to year. We therefore don’t believe that the right to return goods is applicable once they have been sent out. However in the unlikely event that there is a genuine fault with any rhizome, except for the variation in size of rhizomes, then please contact us.
Shipping:
We only ship to mainland UK. Bare rooted plants will be despatched in August, September and sometimes into October. As we are a small nursery dispatch times may vary due to weather conditions. Check website for order cut-off date. We do not send out plants at other times of the year.
Orders are shipped in order by Royal Mail 48hr tracked or courier at our discretion.
We try to send parcels out to ensure that they are not sat in delivery depots over weekends/bank holidays
Packing/Postage;
Up to 4 rhizomes p/p costs £4.95
5 – 20 rhizomes p/p costs £6.95

Privacy Policy:
We only collect and use a minimum amount of your personal information that has been supplied through the online ordering process. This includes your name, address, email and phone numbers. We do not pass your data to third parties. We only use your information to correspond regarding orders and to instruct Royal Mail/Couriers in the delivery of your order.
The checkout process is through Squarespace.
If paying using Paypal, Google Pay or Apple Pay, then your transaction is subject to the privacy policy of the respective payment processor which can be found on their website.
If any of your details change whilst you have an order placed with us then please let us know quickly so we can amend them to ensure orders can be sent out correctly.
When contacting us please remember that we are a small business and it can sometimes take a while to respond to enquiries.
